Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Junk Removal Appointment Setter and Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for our junk removal services, as well as providing virtual administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our junk removal services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Gather necessary information from customers to accurately assess their junk removal needs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics with customers and our team of junk removal specialists.
Utilize scheduling software and calendars to efficiently manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
Provide virtual administrative support to the team, including managing emails, organizing digital files, and maintaining databases.
Prepare and send follow-up communications to customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Assist with generating reports and maintaining accurate records of appointments, customer details, and service requests.
Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling and streamline processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling software, calendars, and virtual communication tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with the junk removal industry and sustainable waste management practices is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
