Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our services to potential clients. This remote position requires EXCELLENT communication skills and a STRONG command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our services.
Listen to clients’ needs and recommend appropriate junk removal solutions tailored to their requirements.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing detailed information and quotes as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly booking targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and company services to effectively communicate with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
– Excellent communication skills with a high proficiency in spoken and written English.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
– Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using technology for sales purposes.
