Kajabi and design expert

We’re a remote company who work with coaches and handle their back office operations including social media management, creation and maintenance of funnels, email management and graphic design.

We’re looking for someone with skills and experience in the web designing and kajabi to join our small team.

Your role:

You will be working under one of us and after initial training and access to our process notes and guides you will be responsible for:

– Creating courses on Kajabi
– Designing social media posts including carousels
– Editing short form videos using software like CapCut or Camtasia for upload to Instagram and Tiktok
– Putting together Powerpoint presentations that look visually appealling from notes given by the client
– Editing email campaign sequences in email software like Keap and Mailchimp
– Setting up opt in pages and funnels in software like ClickFunnels and Kajabi
– Uploading content to Kajabi and creating sales pages there

The main platform we use to plan and collaborate on work is Notion so it would be useful to have some experience of using this.

We also use Slack and Zoom for comms.

You will be given training and support to help you manage daily tasks for clients and therefore being a quick learner will help.

Knowledge of the software below would be advantageous and preferred:

Kajabi
Clickfunnels
Canva
Notion
MS Office 365

Knowledge of these software would be preferred but not essential

Mailchimp

Your working hours:

This is a fully remote position so you can work from home providing you have a good internet connection. We are flexible around the hours but usually the hours would be in line with full time UK working hours between 8am – 4pm (GMT)
