As an Kajabi Assistant and Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Raw Fitness and Nutrition, working directly with the founder, Amanda. Your contribution will allow Amanda and future team members to focus on creative projects and revenue-building activities, driving the company’s growth and success.
– Perform Kajabi-related tasks and technical work, including designing sales pages and offer/checkout pages and optimizing funnels.
– Light design work (must have a great eye for deign) for engaging social media posts and creating PDFs for potential clients and customers using Canva.
– Create and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports to aid in financial management.
– Draft marketing emails in the founder’s voice, capturing the company’s unique tone and educational approach.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing important dates and tasks using Asana/Notion.
– Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
– Organize and manage other team members and contractors, ensuring effective task and project completion.
This is a full-time role with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, although would prefer applicant to be able to work until 1pm EST.
