Kajabi Designer Virtual Assistant With Administrative Support Expertise
Full-Time Virtual Assistant with “Perfect” English and Kajabi design and automation skills wanted to work for a great company. Potential for long term position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
I’m hiring a part-time Kajabi designer to work with our organization to set up and design websites, memberships and online courses and ensure an enjoyable and effective user experience.
This person would also help develop workbooks & checklists (PDFs), as well as social media graphics. There would also be some administrative tasks such as assisting with zoom moderation, google documents, project management, creating standard operating procedures, systems and other social media management tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience with Kajabi platform. This would include:
– Funnel design and set-up
– Landing and Sales pages
– Course Set-up and customization
– Product Offers and Checkout set-up,
– Email Layout Design and Automations
– Tagging and forms
– Blog Post management
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (this is NOT your first time doing VA work)
An eye for design
Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Facebook)
Familiarity with design tools like
Great attention to detail (you always look over everything before you send it (there aren’t any errors, you care about formatting and the little details)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (ex: Google Docs, Google Workspace). I use these tools a lot in my business.
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Experience with Dubsado is a plus, but not required

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Create websites, sales pages, funnels, courses in Kajabi as well as manage the automations, blogs and checkout process
Create workbooks/checklists/ebooks
Create graphics for social media, newsletters, etc.
Assist with administrative tasks such as moderating zoom calls, google document management and social media
Create systems and standard operating procedures
Work 35+ hours per week
