**Job Description:**

Are you a seasoned e-learning professional with a passion for creating impactful online courses? Do you have a deep understanding of Kajabi’s platform and its capabilities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Kajabi Course Design and Migration Expert. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience for our audience by planning the structure of our courses, quizzes, videos, lessons, and seamlessly migrating content from our current platform to Kajabi.

**Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with our content development team to understand the curriculum, learning objectives, and target audience for each course.
– Design a comprehensive course structure within Kajabi, ensuring a logical flow of lessons, modules, quizzes, assignments, and other relevant content.
– Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences that align with industry best practices and pedagogical principles.
– Advise on the integration of multimedia elements, such as videos, audio, and graphics, to enhance course content.
– Create engaging quizzes and assessments that effectively measure learners’ understanding of the material.
– Optimize the user experience by organizing and labeling content for easy navigation and accessibility.
– Ensure that the course content is presented in a visually appealing and consistent manner, in line with our brand guidelines.
– Work closely with our technical team to migrate existing courses, including lessons, multimedia, quizzes, and other assets, from the current platform to Kajabi.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to content migration, ensuring a smooth transition for both learners and instructors.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that course descriptions, pricing, and promotional materials accurately reflect the course content.
– Stay up-to-date with Kajabi’s features and updates, making recommendations for optimizing the platform’s functionality in course design.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience designing and developing online courses using Kajabi, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful course implementations.
– In-depth knowledge of e-learning best practices, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
– Proficiency in organizing and structuring course content in a clear, coherent, and engaging manner.
– Technical expertise in content migration, ensuring content fidelity and functionality during the transition.
– Familiarity with multimedia integration, interactive elements, and assessment design.
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
– Prior experience with course migration from other platforms to Kajabi is a strong plus.
