Kajabi Plaform Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Kajabi Platform Manager. This role will primarily focus on leveraging technical expertise and design skills to manage our online training portal using the Kajabi platform and our own inhouse developed platform, Wowment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, develop project plans, design and customize the platform, onboard users, provide ongoing support, and ensure engagement and performance metrics are met.

Responsibilities:

> Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for the online training portal.
> Develop comprehensive project plans for building and maintaining the platform on Kajabi.
> Customize and design the platform to align with client branding and user experience standards.
> Onboard and manage new users, providing guidance and support as needed.
> Offer regular customer and administrator support to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
> Track engagement metrics and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to stakeholders.
> Continuously upload new content, including blogs, training modules, and other resources, to keep the platform current and engaging.
> Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot issues and offer solutions promptly.
> Stay updated on industry trends and platform developments to suggest improvements and optimizations.
> Manage users on our own internal mentoring platform, Wowment – onboarding new users, troubleshooting, and logging any bugs or issues for our technical team to resolve.

Requirements:

> Excellent design abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
> Experience in project management, including creating and executing project plans.
> Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
> Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
> Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret engagement metrics.
> Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
> Familiarity with online education and training industry trends is a plus.
> Proven experience with the Kajabi platform is desirable, including customization, design, and management.
