As we embark on the early deployment phase of our new health platform, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Tech Virtual Assistant with expertise in Kajabi and video editing to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
Your skills in Kajabi and video editing will be instrumental in creating engaging and informative content to enhance user experience and promote our ‘Practitioner Platform’, where we capture live video training for our members. Additionally, you will play a crucial role onboarding practitioners into the health platform and capturing software issues encountered.
Responsibilities:
Kajabi and Video Editing:
Manage and optimize content on the Kajabi platform, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Create and edit engaging videos to showcase platform features, user testimonials, and educational content.
Collaborate with team to develop promotional materials and campaigns through video content and possible social media interactions.
Qualifications:
MUST have proficiency in using Kajabi and expertise in video editing tools/software.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant with strong technical proficiency.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to evolving software and user needs.
Knowledgeable with Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and MailChimp
Strong English language skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work without constant supervision, excellent initiative.
Requirements:
Portfolio showcasing video editing skills and Kajabi platform management.
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the tech industry.
Available to work in the PST Time Zone (Western Canada) 10-20 hrs a week.
