The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer funnels, email automation, and have extensive experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns. As a Kartra Expert and Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns on the Kartra platform.
Develop and manage customer funnels, email automation processes, and landing pages in Kartra.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, deliverables, and ensure overall project success.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvement. Monitor and report on campaign results, providing clients with performance updates and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the Kartra platform and digital marketing in general. Provide training and support to team members on Kartra usage and best practices.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are met and exceeded.
Community Management:
-Develop and execute strategies to foster a vibrant and engaged online community of entrepreneurs.
-Monitor community activity, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions to ensure a positive and productive environment.
-Encourage member participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing through various channels, such as forums, webinars, and social media platforms.
-Implement community guidelines, policies, and moderation standards to maintain a high-quality user experience.
Content Management:
-Collaborate with subject matter experts, coaches, and advisors to develop and curate valuable content for the community.
-Coordinate content creation efforts, including written articles, video tutorials, webinars, and downloadable resources.
-Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content and facilitate its distribution to the community members.
Project Planning and Execution:
-Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the project stays on track
-Managing and creating Automations & Workflows in various apps, softwares, and A.I. tools as apart of the duties
-Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
-Oversee onboarding paperwork, including coordination with other departments as needed
-Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
-Manage and maintain Meet Up 2 Millions Mastermind’s Mighty Network Platform, including oversight of content, user engagement, and technical support
-Ensure that communication is clear and consistent across all teams and stakeholders
-Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
-Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to promote teamwork and drive results
Stakeholder Engagement:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, coaches, advisors, and internal teams.
-Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the development and improvement of the community platform and services.
-Act as a liaison between the company and community members, effectively communicating their needs, concerns, and suggestions to internal teams.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
-Proven experience as a project manager and/or community manager in an online/virtual environment
-Should be proficient in these tools: Kartra, ManyChat, CRM, Funnels
-Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by entrepreneurs and small business owners
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
-Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and delivering results within deadlines
-Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms such as Asana, ClickUp or Trello
-Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management best practices
-Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
-Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
