I am looking for someone to be my VA and Sidekick!
We are a Digital Marketing Agency serving mostly USA clients.
It is CRUCIAL that you have a good understanding of Kartra as a big part of your role will be helping our clients with support on how Kartra works.
A lot of your role will be replying to emails or answering questions on things they may be stuck on in Kartra.
There will be more tech details you’ll learn on the job, but right now, even a good understanding is helpful, and we will get you to the EXPERT level.
If you are already EXPERT level then you are more likely to get the job. I’ll need proof, though 🙂
For the VA side of the job, it will be just supporting me on anything that I am working on.
This role will start out part-time but move to full-time no doubt quite quickly.
We have an entire team in the Philippines so some other team will be online your time as well.
The team is very cool and communicates in Telegram every day so you get to be part of that buzz.
I am in New Zealand so the earlier in your day you can start the better.
Even better if you can do some USA hours also 🙂
You’ll need to be VERY attention to detail because I’m not. I’m creative so you’ll need to keep me in line 🙂

Possible things you could be helping me with but not limited to:

1. Typing up my whiteboard scribbles (which I do often).
2. STOP ME doing things I should delegate so you’ll need to be bold and not afraid to tell me to stop hoarding tasks. 🙂
3. Use CHat GPT for things like content creation.
4. Helping with content creation like making graphics on Canva
5. Social media posting and managing my socials comments
6. Some SMS messages for appointment setting.
7. Maybe a little basic online video editing e.g.
8. VERY IMPORTANT: Helping me support Kartra clients – MAJOR part of job.
9. Adhoc admins things I can’t even think of because every day will be different.
Your job is to make me have less jobs 🙂
