Kickbutt Virtual Assistant Needed For Crochet Shopify Store

I’m looking for a kick butt virtual assistant to help me with my online businesses as well as helping with overall family planning and logistics (flights, research etc).

My online business is a shopify store. I need help with the following:

Customer support – You must be excellent at customer support
Communicating with our 3PL shipping warehouse
Social media
Influencer outreach
Affiliate management
Research
Documenting company processes
Listing youtube videos
Writing and laying out blog posts in WordPress
Listing products on Amazon
Research
Booking flights
Managing Calenars

These are examples of tasks that you might be working on on an ongoing basis. Overall I’m looking for someone who is a self starter and quick learner. You must be someone who seeks solutions out yourself before reaching out to myself. You must be highly organized and have experience effectively managing projects.

Candidates will only be considered who submit the phrase “Spring Is Coming” In their cover letter. Please include the answers to the following questions:

1) What experience do you have working with online businesses?
2) What would you consider your biggest strengths are and where you are most effective?
3) How many hours a week are you available?
4) When can you get started?
5) What steps would you take if a customer sent you an email and you didn’t immediately know the answer to that email off the top of your head? How would you go about finding the answer and communicating that to the customer?
6) Have you done any social media management in the past? Specifically have you created any reels or video ads before? If so can you provide examples?
7) Do you crochet? Totally optional but would be nice 🙂
8) Do you have experience working with wordpress?
9) Have you worked with listing youtube videos before?
10) Have you worked with listing products on Amazon before?

I’m looking for someone part time OR full time. Please include your preference.

A bit about me and this job. You will be working with both myself, and my husband. One of the businesses is mine (in the crochet and knitting space so bonus points if you’re crafty) and one business is my husbands. You’ll also be helping us with our family planning. We really want to grow a long term relationship with you and to grow with our family 🙂
