Manage customer service inquiries via email, oversee order processing and adjustments in Shopify, create and organize Excel and Google Sheets for suppliers, foster supplier relationships, and provide support for additional tasks such as product research and potentially (not required) image editing.
Detailed responsibilities:
1. Customer Support and Email Management:
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email promptly and professionally.
– Address customer issues such as order status, product inquiries, and general assistance.
– Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.
2. Order Management and Shopify Expertise:
– Process and manage customer orders efficiently using the Shopify platform.
– Adjust orders as needed, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
3. Excel and Google Sheets for Supplier Management:
– Prepare and organize detailed Excel and Google Sheets for supplier communications, including order quantities, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
– Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
4. Additional Tasks (Optional):
– Conduct product research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
– Collaborate with the team on potential image editing tasks, if required.
– Explore the use of ChatGPT or other tools for streamlining and improving communication processes (optional and as needed).

Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a part time position (possible to turn full time later on if needed):
Mondays for Fridays, 8am -10 am CET, the rest is flexible
(if possible also work on Saturday and Sunday but this can be discussed)
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
