Job Description

High end kitchen knife brand seeks Amazon Seller Central Account Manager to oversee supply chain, customer service, PPC, and Amazon seller central account. Schedule set by you but must overlap 3 hours with EST business hours. Job application link at the bottom of this post.

Remote Position, work from home

ROLE
The seller central account manager will oversee the entire supply chain process including Logistics, Procurement, Demand Planning and Inventory Planning while also being a direct point of contact with our customers and Amazon. The ultimate goal of this position is to provide the appropriate level of customer service whilst optimizing the supply chain and growing PPC to deliver tangible benefits to the wider business . Each currently defined area (Logistics, Procurement, Demand Planning & Supply Planning, Customer Service, PPC) will have KPIs to demonstrate key deliverables

Main tasks you will be responsible for…
– Making sure we always have 30-60 days of inventory in Amazon.
– 100% clear on the whereabouts of our inventory at all times
– Creating and managing documents with total accuracy.
– Sourcing new suppliers and products while managing cost and quality expectations.
– Customer service
– Understanding and using SOP methodology
– General Amazon account management – Putting in cases, generating reports, performing product and account audits to make sure everything is functioning normally
– New product research
– Coordinating with product designers and suppliers
– Sourcing, managing supplier relationships, and reordering products
– Coordinating with logistics agents and 3PLs
– Uploading new products and variations to Amazon via flat file
– Finding lost inventory within amazon and getting reimbursements for said inventory.
– Weekly PPC monitoring and editing

Requirements
– Good English and Writing Skills
– *Strong* attention to detail and achievement-oriented
– Highly analytical and a problem solver
– Takes initiative and a self-starter
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– 2 years Amazon account management experience (please do not apply if you do not have this)
– 2 years PPC experience (please do not apply if you do not have this)
– Someone who is already deeply involved in inventory management
– Knowledge of production capabilities, sales and supply trend
– Experience working with freight forwarders and various suppliers
– Ability to work remotely and possess his/her own laptop with a high-speed connection
– High speed internet connection (please provide screenshot of internet speed)
– Backup internet like a nearby coffeeshop
– At least 4GB ram
– Ability to use google services – docs, sheets, forms, etc.
– Experience with spreadsheets
– Extensive experience and a track record with reporting data analytics
– Ability to take video calls and send looms
– Ability to follow directions even when you might disagree

Bonus experience…
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Native Chinese
Ability to source outside of China
