Job Description

We run an e-commerce dropshipping company with multiple stores in different countries.

We are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a lot of growth opportunity for those who consistently contribute positively to our company. We are looking for great candidates to represent the company with handling Klarna disputes.

So essentially, this is a Dispute Manager position that requires you to follow a very clear process to keep our customers happy, and that we win as many disputes as possible, but that becomes very easy if you understand each step.

YOU MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Shopify (e-commerce platform)
Slack (communication channel)
DeepL (for translation)
Klarna (merchant portal)

Responsibilities:

Handling customer complaints.
Report on refunds/complaints.
KPI tracking Klarna dispute rate.
Respond to Disputes from customers regarding refunds, returns and faulty goods.
Contribute to our documentation and improve our support processes.
Timely and accurate response to all disputes including No Respond Required.
We have an ETA of 24 hours, so you must respond to disputes within this time frame. (also the No Respond Required)
Display a high degree of professionalism at all times.

We will provide you with:

Video training
SOP to follow
Access to Lead customer support to answer all your questions.

Candidates must:

Fluent English, both written and spoken
At least 2 years of experience with Klarna
Be available for weekly team meetings
Be organized, motivated and willing to learn and grow.
Be available immediately

Be available for at least 40 hours per week Once you are asked to work full-time, we will start with two weeks of trial and then move from part-time to full-time.
Do not currently have another full-time job

You must have experience with Klarna, but ultimately we want to work with someone who enjoys helping people and is interested in handling issues with Klarna. I want all disputes to be handled properly and a solution found with each customer.
