Our mission is to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, from browsing products to making payments. As part of this effort, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Klarna Dispute Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Klarna Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for handling and resolving any disputes related to our Klarna payment system. You will work closely with our customer service team, finance team, and Klarna representatives to ensure that all disputes are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve disputes related to Klarna payments, including chargebacks and disputes filed by customers.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that customers are updated on the status of their disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile any discrepancies related to Klarna payments and refunds.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Klarna’s dispute resolution process and policies.
Communicate with Klarna representatives to escalate and resolve complex disputes.
Monitor dispute trends and identify opportunities to improve the overall dispute resolution process.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in dispute management, preferably in the e-commerce or financial industry.
In-depth knowledge of Klarna’s dispute resolution process and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
