Klaviyo Account Manager

Hi there,

I have a growing ecommerce email marketing agency that specliases in Klaviyo.

I am looking for an account manager.

First and foremost I am looking for someone who is reliable and consistent. Please do not apply if you have a full time job and you are looking for extra side income. I am looking for a full time freelancer who is keen to grow with my business and become full time.

Some skills in Klaviyo are a bonus. But, training will be given if the successful candidate has minimal experience in Klaviyo.

I will stress again. I am looking for someone who is reliable. My current full time designer has been with me for 4 years and she started off as a VA with no skills at all. But her consistency is what proved to be the most valuable.

Here are some of the tasks involved in the job:
– A/B testing
– Fixing flow filters
– Passing off work to my designer in Clickup
– Report creation using Gamma
– Coupon code creation
– Double checking flows before going live
– Deliverability monitoring and taking appropriate action
– Campaign checks before going live
– Segment creation and exploration to uncover hidden revenue opportunities
– Analysis of Shopify data to suggest campaigns
– Custom profile property work
– If you are very advanced and have experience with Klaviyo’s CDP let me know.

There is a very complicated test job. If you can complete this test job perfectly then less training will be needed and a higher salary will be negotiated.

If you cannot complete this test job that is not a worry. I will assess your application on other merits.
