Job Summary:
As a Klaviyo Customer Segmentation & Workflow Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimising our email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for setting up and managing customer segmentation & workflows within Klaviyo. Your expertise will help us deliver personalised and targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, a deep understanding of Klaviyo’s features, and a proven ability to analyse workflow and segment customer data effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer segmentation & workflows in Klaviyo to enhance email marketing effectiveness.
Provide meticulous attention to managing these specific types of emails
Analyse customer data to identify key segments and create targeted email campaigns.
Design and optimise email marketing workflows to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and integrated email marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and customer segmentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Klaviyo list & segments, workflows, and integrations.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Proven work experience as Klaviyo Customer Segmentation & Workflow Expert or related role.
Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on customer segmentation and workflow optimisation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing.
Expertise in using Klaviyo for email marketing, including setting up and managing workflows.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to make informed decisions.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
