Pear Digital, a leading e-commerce marketing agency in the UK, is seeking a talented Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-performing email marketing strategies that boost sales and brand engagement for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify to design, build, and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns.
Seamlessly integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other relevant applications to ensure smooth data flow and campaign optimization.
Establish effective tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Craft compelling email sequences and SMS automation (flows) that nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
Master the art of list segmentation to target the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Meticulously manage email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and flawless execution.
Utilize Figma to create engaging and on-brand email designs.
Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism, reflecting Pear Digital’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert.
Deep understanding of Shopify and its integration with Klaviyo.
Expertise in setting up email tracking and reporting.
Ability to design and implement automated email workflows (including SMS).
Proven track record of successful email list segmentation.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accurate campaign management.
Proficiency in Figma for email design.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanour.
Availability to work UK hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-1pm).
Reliable internet connection.
Passion for design and persuasive copywriting.

Competitive salary starting at $800 – $1,500 monthly (based on how many hours), with a review and potential increase to $1,800 after 60 days.
