This position is a part time 15 hours and has oppurtunity that will lead to other roles with more hours once understanding our voice, brand, and the need for the company.
As a Klaviyo Email Expert, you will be highly focus capturing and creating content natively within the email platform. You should be very comfortable creating customer journey flows and attractive campaign using Canva or Adobe for Pin Graphics. Also, able to report on, analyze campaigns, workflows and report to the team.

Qualifications:
Email marketing: 3 years (Required)
E-commerce: 1 year (Required)
Strong proofreading and editing skills. English (Required)
Customer Journey flows: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities include:
Developing total email strategy & planning
Building customer automation journey roadmaps
Create segmentation
Report on & analyze campaigns & workflows
Troubleshooting & data integration between platforms
Email flow tests & variations/campaigns sent weekly
You have a deep understanding of Klaviyo.
Ability to write marketing copy for our industries capturing our voice
Must haves:
Able to understand ecommerce marketing including ads & the customer journey from start to finish as it relates to email & sms marketing
Know how to analyze email data while make decisions and adjustments accordingly
Ability to troubleshoot and think outside of the box when needed
High attention to detail and extraordinary time management skills
Must have experience with creating flows
Leadership experience a plus
