Position Overview: As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, segment our email list, and optimize our campaigns for maximum impact. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with a proven track record of success in email marketing.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.
Create and optimize email campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and scheduling sends.
Segment our email list based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to ensure targeted messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future optimizations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (flexible)
Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management, segmentation, and analysis.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with our audience.
