About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Flowstate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, with specific experience using Klaviyo and MailChimp. The Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns + flows using Klaviyo and MailChimp
Design and create visually appealing email templates
Segment and target email lists for maximum engagement
Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices
Run customer discovery sessions (deep dive into the client’s needs & pain points)
Run customer email journey mapping sessions to outline the structure of proposed flows.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an email marketing specialist
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and MailChimp
Experience with A/B testing and segmentation
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure campaign performance
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
