Role:
As our Email Marketing Designer, you’ll be the creative backbone of our emails, crafting unique and captivating EDMs for a diverse range of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop visually compelling email campaigns that align with each brand’s unique identity.
Collaboration: Liaise with our strategy and copy teams to ensure that designs are both visually and contextually in sync.
Efficiency: Multi-task across various projects, ensuring that quality is consistent and deadlines are met.
Proactiveness: Innovate and suggest design enhancements, always striving to elevate our client’s campaigns.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and our team, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives.
Trend Analysis: Remain updated with the latest design trends, ensuring our campaigns remain fresh and relevant.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
– Significant experience in email marketing design, demonstrated with a strong portfolio. (Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.)
– Detail-oriented with a knack for storytelling through design.
– Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
– Adept at managing deadlines in a bustling environment.
– Prior educational qualifications in design are not mandatory, but hands-on experience is essential.

– Figma (highly regarded, but not essential)
– Klaviyo (highly regarded, but not essential)
– ClickUp (preferred but not essential)
– Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)

Work Environment: This role is entirely remote. Work from the comfort of your home or any part of the world.

Compensation: While you will be on a full-time salary, your earnings will be scalable based on the number of clients you handle.
