Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert

Hello,
I’m looking for a Klaviyo expert to be a team member for my beauty company.

Responsibilities:**

I am looking for someone who can be committed to sending at least 3 weekly newsletters. A very strong design skill (clean, fun and girly aesthetic) or ability to have newsletters designed is a MUST.

– Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

– Create compelling email content, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action, to effectively communicate key messages and drive conversions.

– Segment email lists based on customer data and behavior to optimize targeting and personalization.

– A/B test various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, timing, etc.) to optimize performance and drive results.

– Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.

**Qualifications:**

-Excellent American writing, speaking, reading

-Available during U.S.A. Working hours.

-Experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

– Proficiency in Klaviyo

– Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging in American English appealing to millennials and Gen Z audience

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and optimization.

– Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
