Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert with Graphic Design Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert with Graphic Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing, customer segmentation, automation workflows, graphic design, excellent English speaking and writing skills, and be willing to work during Australian business hours. They will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing email campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visually appealing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
Build and maintain segmented email lists based on customer behavior and interests
Create and manage automated email workflows
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Continuously monitor email deliverability and maintain email best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy
Design email templates, graphics, and other visual assets to support email campaigns
Manage email campaign assets and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Willing to work during Australian business hours
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on Klaviyo
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
