Job Description

We are a fast growing email marketing agency working with ecommerce brands in different niches.

We’re looking for the best Klaviyo strategist to join our team. This is a long term position that will lead to full time work for the right candidate. The expert we are looking for knows how to grow a brands’ email/sms sales to over 30% for our clients.

If you are successful, you will begin working with our email specialist, graphic designer and copywriter and taking on 2 clients. After your first month, we will begin to increase your workload and start introducing new clients.

This role requires proven hands-on experience in overlooking the whole strategy, managing and optimizing Email / SMS campaigns, flows, sign up forms etc and communicating directly with clients.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years of Klaviyo email experience
– Hands-on experience creating, managing and optimizing Email & SMS flows, campaigns and pop-up forms.
– Having good communication skills.
– Client management and interaction experience – you will be communicating directly with clients (we will assist you with this to begin with.) so a great command of the English language is required.
– A strategic understanding of email/sms sales funnels to help our clients achieve their objectives.
– Being able to manage our email graphic designer to create the email you visualise in your mind.

Your Responsibilities:
– Klaviyo campaign & flows QC
– Project Management: Lead and manage email marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution.
– Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and email specialists, to ensure seamless project execution and achieve marketing objectives.
– Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to track key metrics, identify areas of improvement, and present insights to stakeholders.
– Klaviyo account audits and analysis
– Making recommendations for improved performance based on analysis
– On-going campaign optimization and adjustments
– Client management which includes providing regular updates, reviews, answering questions, etc.
– Reporting to the CEO about client campaigns once a week.
– A/B testing
– Contribute to the development and implementation of email marketing strategies
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing, project management, to drive innovation and enhance campaign & flow effectiveness.

THIS IS NOT an entry level position. You must have proven experience creating and implementing highly effective strategies for ecommerce brands.
