Are you a Retention Marketing Expert ready to take on exciting challenges? We’re on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Klaviyo Email + SMS Marketing Pro to join our team and contribute to the success of our thriving e-commerce jewelry brand. You will manage, strategize, create, and execute compelling Email + SMS marketing Campaigns and Automations to captivate our audience and drive conversions.

About Us:

• We are an e-commerce jewelry brand specializing in customizable jewelry
• 28,000+ active email profiles
• 1,600+ SMS subscribers
• Currently using Klaviyo for emails and Postscript for SMS

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize and schedule Email/SMS Campaigns and Automations using Klaviyo + Postscript to drive revenue and improve customer retention
• Develop strategic Campaign Calendars and sales/offers
• Manage Email Segmentation & Persona Development
• Design visually stunning and high-converting email templates that are mobile-friendly.
• Optimize email deliverability
• Provide in-depth reporting and analytics regularly
• Regular analysis of key metrics to optimize email performance
• Conduct list purging/scrubbing
• Perform A/B Testing and use data to improve results and maximize performance continually
• Launch CRO tests and optimize upsells/cross-sells

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Klaviyo email marketing
• Proficiency in SMS marketing (Postscript experience preferred but not necessary)
• 2 years+ in a similar role, with a track record of effectively driving revenue for e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization techniques
• Superb graphic design and copywriting skills
• Excellent communication skills: Be available daily, Monday through Friday, via messages and occasional calls. Must be 100% fluent in English
• Tech-Ready: Have your own computer and a reliable internet connection. You’ll be our retention marketing champion, and a smooth connection is essential
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Analytical skills to measure campaign performance

Nice to Have:

• Postscript experience (our current SMS marketing app)
• Klaviyo certifications
• Shopify experience
• Experience with e-commerce jewelry/fashion brands
