Klaviyo Email SMS Marketing Expert FLEXIBLE HOURS + BENEFITS

We’re looking to hire a female data-driven Klaviyo Email / SMS Specialist who is passionate about increasing customer repeat purchases, customer loyalty, segmentation, engaging copy and creating valuable content for our growing women’s self-care brand. Your Responsibilities
• Conceptualization, execution, and management of all our email/sms and loyalty marketing initiatives
• Campaign setup, management, optimization, and consistent analyses to drive better result and long-term customer retention.
• Development of best practices using current marketing automation tools and knowledge and staying up-to-date on all CRM trends and topics
• Comprehensive coordination of overall campaign goals and strategies with our marketing team to draw out our entire marketing potential

Our Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in Email/SMS Marketing with Klaviyo, and knowledge about how Klaviyo integrates with Shopify. Bonus if you have knowledge about loyalty program integrations with Klaviyo/Shopify (but not a requirement).
• A/B testing mind-set: A/B testing your campaigns to ensure our campaigns have the best possible open and click-through rates. A/B testing includes testing various pop up forms, surveys, email campaigns, and more.
• Expert knowledge in at least one of the major automation platforms (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Click to view, et al.)
• An affinity for e-Commerce (Direct-To-Consumer) and customer retention / relationship management
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language
• Expert Copywriter + Appealing Email Graphic Design skills are 100% necessary for this job. We have a designer but we prefer our Klaviyo expert to be well-versed in designing Klaviyo emails
• Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and being a self-starter is incredibly important
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager and additional CRM Tool knowledge is a plus but not required

There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Hours are flexible and after training, you basically set your own schedule, but this is NOT an easy job even though hours are flexible. PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST 2 MONTHS ARE PROBATIONARY PERIOD. THEREFORE SALARIES DURING PROBATION PERIOD IS $550 USD/MONTH. AFTER PASSING 2 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD, SALARIES WILL BE $650-$800/MONTH BASED ON SKILL WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RAISES BASED ON PERFORMANCE. – around a 26% Revenue from Klaviyo and 9% from SMS marketing on a poorer month with no promos.
– 35-45% revenue from klaviyo and up to 15-25% revenue from SMS marketing on good months or months with high promos. – – We have all of our major flows set up (i.e., abandon cart, post purchase, etc) but we continue to constantly A/B test.
– Our email flows and campaigns + sms are all doing well, but as always we want to continue to improve and analyze data + trends
