Klaviyo Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Klaviyo expert with experience in Shopify integration to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing email campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for integrating Klaviyo with our Shopify store, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sync purchases, products, and customer information into Klaviyo
Use Klaviyo’s segmentation and automation features to create targeted and personalized email campaigns
Create and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo
Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for improvements
Setup conditional emails based on product purchases, time, and other attributes (eg. replace images based on the last product purchased)
Abandoned Cart Call to action plus image of product theft behind
Review emails with Discount offerings tied to Shopify
Welcome series Call to action
Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product, marketing, customer service) to ensure email campaigns align with overall business goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
Integrate Klaviyo with our Shopify store, ensuring seamless data flow and automation
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the integration

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Klaviyo and Shopify integration. Please send us any certifications you have in Klaviyo and provide any proof you have of past successes. If you have CBD experience, please provide the name of the company you did CBD work.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies
Experience with segmentation and automation
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with e-commerce is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
