We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Klaviyo Expert/Email Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The Role:
As a Klaviyo Expert/Email Marketing Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing advanced email marketing strategies. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of Klaviyo, manage campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and segment audiences effectively. Your expertise will not only increase our clients’ Customer Lifetime Value but also contribute to our agency’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and increase engagement and conversions.
– Manage audience segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
– Utilize SMS marketing tactics to complement email strategies, experience with Attentive or Postscript is a plus.
– Oversee the integration of various marketing apps and platforms with Klaviyo, including Shopify.
– Serve as the account manager for our clients, maintaining open and effective communication.
– Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance our email marketing services.

Requirements:
– Demonstrated expertise in Klaviyo, with extensive experience in strategizing, campaign management, and segmentation.
– Proven ability to enhance Customer Lifetime Value through targeted email marketing strategies.
– Strong SMS marketing experience, particularly with platforms like Attentive or Postscript.
– Familiarity with a wide range of marketing apps and their integration with Klaviyo.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client accounts effectively.
– Fluent in English, with a friendly personality that complements your professional skills.

You will not need to write the copy or do the designs, but you will need to be able to approve copy and designs that a copywriter and designer would have crafted. You will also need to have good project management skills and communication with the team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
