Job Description:

As a Klaviyo Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, overseeing the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality email campaigns. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues, optimizing campaigns, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills:

Basic Skills:

Klaviyo Template Builder: Proficiency in creating and adjusting email templates, scheduling campaigns, and implementing emails into flows.

Figma: Basic skills to make minor adjustments to designs when necessary.
Copywriting: Ability to refine and improve email copy.

Marketing Angles: Understanding marketing principles to ensure emails are compelling.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and take independent action to resolve them.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to use ChatGPT: Experience with model training and strong prompt skills for creating copywriting.

Best Practices and Industry Trends: Keen learner who stays up-to-date with current best practices and emerging software.

Klaviyo Platform Experience: Demonstrated significant experience with Klaviyo, including certifications, partnerships, and system-level knowledge.

Advanced Skills:

Client Communication: Strong communication skills to provide updates and address concerns promptly.

Ability to Set Up Domains: Familiarity with domains such as Squarespace, GoDaddy, etc., and DMARC, DKIM, and SPF (training provided).

Klaviyo Integrations: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, ReConvert, Recharge, etc.

Klaviyo Troubleshooting: Technical issues, event data syncing, custom fonts, etc.

Custom Properties: Excellent understanding of event variables for creating dynamic email content.

API Integration: Experience in setting up and managing API integrations with Klaviyo and other systems.

Advanced Segmentation Techniques: Proficiency in advanced segmentation techniques, such as RFM analysis.

Email Deliverability Optimization: In-depth knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, and spam filter avoidance.

Advanced Automation: Ability to set up and optimize complex automated workflows, including conditional splits and multi-step flows.

HTML/CSS Proficiency: Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS for intricate email template customizations.

A/B and Multivariate Testing: Proficiency in designing and implementing tests to optimize email performance.

Compliance and Security: Advanced knowledge of email marketing compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and security best practices.

Sales and Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to clients.

Content Strategy: Expertise in developing content strategies that align with marketing goals and drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns in Klaviyo for multiple clients.

Graphic Design Supervision: Provide feedback and approve email designs created in Figma.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics and generate performance reports.

Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Project Coordination: Use ClickUp to manage tasks and collaborate with team members.

Handling Unexpected Issues: Proactively solve unforeseen issues and make necessary adjustments.

Optimization and Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and prepare detailed reports.

Deliverables:

Campaign Calendar: Weekly/monthly schedule of planned email campaigns.

Performance Reports: Detailed reports on campaign performance metrics.

Automated Workflow Documentation: Setup and logic of automated workflows.

Design and Content Approvals: Record of approved email designs and content.

A/B Test Results: Detailed results of A/B tests conducted.

Client Updates: Regular updates on campaign performance and project status.

Graphic Design Feedback Log: Documentation of feedback and iterations for email designs.

Monthly KPI Report: Comprehensive report covering key performance indicators.
