Job Description

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Knowledge Manager to join our team at E-vos. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage and maintain the Knowledge Articles within Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating, updating, and organizing knowledge resources to support our technicians in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Pay Range: $6 – $8/hr based on experience

Objectives:
* Create and maintain Knowledge Articles for IT troubleshooting within Dynamics 365.
* Ensure the organization and accessibility of the Knowledgebase for efficient use by technicians.
* Facilitate communication with technicians to identify and address gaps in knowledge resources.
* Provide timely and relevant support to technicians by furnishing them with the necessary articles to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Competencies:
* Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Dynamics 365, particularly in managing and creating Knowledge Articles.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technicians and other stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset to assess and prioritize knowledge needs within the organization.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to develop clear and concise troubleshooting steps.
* Familiarity with tools for documentation and organization purposes.

Education and Experience:
* 2 years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role within the IT industry is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or similar knowledge management platforms is required.
* Experience in IT troubleshooting and familiarity with common technical issues and solutions.
* Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive checklists for troubleshooting steps.
