Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to grow sales.
– Analyze sales trends, market demands, and customer behavior to optimize listing performance.
– Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns.
Product Research
– Continuously scout for profitable, high-quality products to add to our store.
Team Collaboration
– Work closely with customer service, inventory, and marketing teams to execute integrated strategies.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 years of experience in managing and growing Kohls store.
– Advanced knowledge of Kohls marketplace, rules, and regulations.
– Strong experience in PPC campaign management.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in working with international markets.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
