Korean Streamer Manager

Talent Management:

– Identify and recruit promising Korean streamers to the organization.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing streamers, fostering their growth and success.
– Create personalized growth strategies for each streamer based on their unique goals and content.

Content Development:

– Collaborate with streamers to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging and innovative content.
– Provide guidance and feedback to enhance the quality and appeal of their streams.
– Assist in organizing special events, collaborations, and promotions.

Audience Engagement:

– Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and opportunities for audience growth.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase viewer engagement, chat interaction, and community building.
– Monitor chat, comments, and social media to maintain a positive and respectful online environment.

Monetization:

– Assist streamers in maximizing their income through sponsorships, merchandise sales, donations, and subscriptions.
– Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals and partnerships with relevant brands.
– Stay updated on trends and opportunities for streamer monetization.

Support and Communication:

– Provide streamers with support, motivation, and feedback to help them overcome challenges and maintain a positive mindset.
– Serve as a liaison between streamers and the organization, ensuring clear and open communication.
– Be available for emergencies or technical issues during live streams.

Requirements:

– Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
– A deep understanding of the Korean streaming community and its culture.
– Strong knowledge of popular streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
– Experience in talent management, entertainment, or influencer marketing.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
– Creativity and an innovative mindset to help streamers stand out.
– Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
– Familiarity with live streaming software and tools.
– Availability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
