When top management views the report, they should be able to tap/select a department.
Upon selecting a department, the main services provided by that department should appear.
They should be able to select any main service to view its performance.
When a main service is selected, the performance of sub-level a should appear, allowing them to review each sub-level a’s performance separately.
Similarly, they should be able to select sub-level a to view the performance of sub-level b in detail.
The KPIs are calculated from level B, then aggregated to level A, and finally aggregated to the main service level. The KPIs are as follows:
Level B:
Percentage of tickets reopened: SLA is 10% of the tickets are reopened
Satisfaction of beneficiaries with the service provided: SLA is 90% are satisfied
Indicator of the percentage of applications closed within the SLA
Average Time to Execution Indicator
Percentage of open tickets that exceeded the SLA
Level A:
Percentage of tickets reopened: SLA is 10% of the tickets are reopened
Satisfaction of beneficiaries with the service provided: SLA is 90% are satisfied
Indicator of the percentage of applications closed within the SLA
Main Service Level:
Satisfaction of beneficiaries with the service provided: SLA is 90% are satisfied
Indicator of the percentage of applications closed within the SLA
When designing the dashboard and presenting the KPI performance, please make sure to mention the SLA.
Please use dummy data to show an example.
For each level, the KPIs relevant to that level should be displayed. For example, if the department is “Safety and Security Council” and the main service is “Accident Reports,” the performance metrics for “Accident Reports” should appear. Upon selecting “Accident Reports,” the sub-level a services such as “Reports Inside the Building,” “Reports Outside the Building,” and “Crisis and Disaster Reporting” should be displayed, each with their level A performance metrics. Selecting any of these sub-level a services should then display the detailed performance for sub-level b.
Additionally, for each step, please provide relevant charts (e.g., line charts) to visually represent the data.
The goal is to create a user-friendly, interactive dashboard that allows top management to easily navigate through departments, main services, sub-level a, and sub-level b to review performance metrics comprehensively.
