n award winning and top producing real estate team is looking for a full time KV CORE Specialist and Marketing Assistant to help with Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, and CRM software managment with the KV CORE program. This position is an in-office position in the Denver Tech Center / Greenwood Village and is M-F 40 hours per week, normal business hours.

Our brokerage sells residential real estate, and we manage residential rental property for landlords. Real estate administrative experience and especially transaction coordinating experience preferred. While not required, ideal candidate will already be familiar with CTMeContracts, ReColorado, PPAR/IRES, Navica, Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn. Extensive CRM experience with KVCORE is REQUIRED. Starting pay will be based on industry experience and KVCORE proficiency. Production bonuses are availalbe after orientation and training period is completed. If you are a KVCORE expert, you are who we are looking for.

We are hiring for a real estate marketing assistant who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. The right candidate will jump at the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, especially attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must. You will: The emphasis for this position is marketing the brokerage’s properties for sale and for lease on various real estate portals and public facing websites. You will also create and manage marketing material for use in sales and business development activities. You will also assist the Transaction Coordinator with the residential transactions; ie: follow checklists for all transactions, and continue to improve upon the checklists. Coordinate everyone involved in the under contract transactions including; title closers, lenders, lender assistants, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, financial advisers, legal counsel, real estate agents and assistants. Coordinate and schedule vendors such as stagers, photographers, handymen, cleaners, licensed repairmen, etc. Follow/improve the marketing checklist that includes; coordinating pre-marketing activities, order install + removal signs, social media posting, marketing creation. Manage and improve all client communication. Schedule residential real estate showings and be able to plan the best routes and overlapping times. Input new listings on the MLS, create showing instructions. Maintain all marketing outreach efforts. Purchase office supplies including marketing materials, cards for important dates, and office equipment. Establish and maintain client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration. Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and manage events. Manage administrative tasks including reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, participating in meetings, answering phones, facilitating communication between customers and team members, taking minutes, etc. Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on listing and transaction management.
