JOB OVERVIEW:
As a KV Core Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging the power of KV Core, a real estate technology platform, to help us optimize our marketing strategies and lead generation processes. You will be responsible for managing, customizing, and maximizing the potential of KV Core to ensure our real estate agents have the best tools at their disposal to succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
KV Core Management: Manage all aspects of the KV Core platform, including account setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
Lead Generation: Create and execute lead generation strategies using KV Core’s tools and features.
Automation: Implement automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Training: Provide training and support to real estate agents and team members on how to effectively use KV Core.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working with KV Core or similar real estate CRM platforms is highly preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing, lead generation, and automation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.
