Job Description – Acquisitions Specialist (Cold Calling)
Welcome to My Simple Land. Our business buys and sells vacant land on the East Coast in the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate. We have been in business for just over three years and are looking to bring on someone to help us move to the next level.
Right now we are looking to add another Acquisition Specialist to handle all of our outbound cold calling. In this role, you’d be calling potential sellers, responding to their calls and questions, and qualifying them for a potential sale.
You will be required to speak to new seller leads, quickly analyze a property to see if it is worth pursuing and working with our acquisitions manager. You will also be updating (Key Performance Indicators) KPI’s, utilizing Mojo Dialer and Slack.

Outside of excellent english skills, experience using Mojo Dialer is highly preferred. Land specialized knowledge is not required, but would be a plus.
Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding of the vacant land market in the United States. We will provide training on this, but you must be motivated to learn.

Native-level speaking and writing English (a MUST)

Prior sales experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and push your comfort level
Technical Skills needed…
1) Managing leads in Mojo and Slack
2) Familiar with G Suite. (docs, sheets, etc…)
3) Computer and high speed internet
4) high quality headset and quiet environment
Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position working during normal East Coast, United States business hours.
Pay:
Base Salary starting between $500 and $700 (depending on experience). Generous commissions also exist based on sales.
