Key Responsibilities:
– Use mapping software to review and select properties that meet our investment criteria.
– Conduct detailed market analyses on land parcels using Zillow and other tools to derive actionable data.
– Efficiently handle inquiries via Facebook ads and Messenger, providing thorough and insightful responses to prospective clients.
– Manage and update property listings on various online platforms, ensuring they are compelling and lead-generating.
– Maintain active and engaging presence on social media channels to enhance our brand’s visibility and interaction.
– Manage email communications and ensure messages are crafted in clear and professional English.
– Utilize WordPress to update and manage content on our website.
– Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a productive workflow.
– Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the land investment industry.

Requirements:
– Proven background in the real estate industry with specific experience in land property evaluation and online marketing.
– Strong familiarity with real estate tools such as Zillow, social media platforms like Facebook, and WordPress for content management.
– Excellent communication skills in English, capable of drafting text and email communications with clarity and professionalism.
– Independent worker with the ability to maintain high productivity levels without direct supervision.
– Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be proficient with mapping software, social media platforms, and office productivity software.
