As we continue to expand our portfolio, we’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinators to join our dynamic team.
## **Position Overview:**
We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to play a critical role on our disposition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various parties at the title company, coordinating with the sales agent and her team, and coordinating with the acquisitions managers. A Transaction Coordinator will leverage their holistic understanding of each deal to guide the deal from contract acquisition through sale. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
## **Responsibilities:**
– Oversee deals from initial contract acquisition through purchase and final disposition
– Prioritize work by most profitable deals and tasks
– Maintain a detailed record of all correspondence by deal
– Run pricing analyses to determine a deal’s initial listing price
– Maintain a history of a listing’s performance over time
– Present findings and make investment recommendations to senior management
– Collaborate with acquisitions team, escrow team, agents team, or external contractors to troubleshoot problems and verify conclusions
## **Qualifications:**
– Proven experience 5 years in title companies or real estate investment or related sectors.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate complex findings and recommendations effectively.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
## **Hours:**
Main working hours are 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to set your own hours.
## **Employment Type:**
This is an independent contractor position, with potential to transition to a permanent employee position following a successful probationary period.
## **Compensation:**
$10 to $15 USD per hour
