JOB SUMMARY
We are a high growth company seeking a Land Flipping Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our land flipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the profitability of land flipping projects, ensuring efficient operations from acquisition to sale. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of land flipping operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of land flipping projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of land flipping projects.
Create and maintain detailed records of land flipping operations.
Oversee the entire land flipping process, from acquisition to sale.
Conduct thorough analyses to determine the feasibility of land flipping projects.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of land flipping projects, including financial performance and key milestones.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the land flipping process.
Coordinate with acquisition teams to identify potential properties for purchase.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in land flipping/home flipping, real estate management, or property management required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and property management software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and project metrics.
Knowledgeable about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proven organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in skip tracing techniques.
