Real Men Real Style is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Landing Page Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of creating conversion-focused landing pages, coupled with outstanding copywriting skills, and a knack for audience research. Proficiency in A/B testing to continually optimize for performance is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Landing Page Development:
– Design and develop landing pages that align with our brand and drive conversions.
– Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure landing pages are visually appealing and technically flawless.

2. Copywriting
– Craft compelling, concise, and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience.
– Ensure that the copy aligns with the overall messaging strategy and brand voice.

3. Avatar & Audience Research:
– Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience’s pain points, needs, and desires.
– Utilize this research to inform the landing page design, structure, and copy.

4. A/B Testing & Optimization:
– Develop and execute A/B tests to determine the effectiveness of different landing page elements.
– Analyze test results and implement changes to optimize conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
– Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

6. Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the landing page aligns with promotional campaigns and overall marketing goals.

7. Stay Updated:
– Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in landing page design and optimization.

8. Usability & User Experience (UX):
– Ensure landing pages offer an intuitive and user-friendly experience, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes.

Required Skills & Experience:

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in landing page design and optimization, preferably in a similar industry or market.
– Strong copywriting skills with a proven track record of crafting conversion-driven content.
– Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or similar.
– Proficient in using landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Leadpages, Instapage, etc.
– Familiarity with analytics and heatmapping tools.
– Demonstrated ability to conduct and implement audience research.
