Successful candidate will be hired on as a Contractor and provided a set value towards health insurance plans.

Responsibilities for Landscape CAD draftsman:
• Prepare site layout plans, specifications, and estimates
• Develop accurate product assembly drawings and standard details.
• Take direction from engineers and executives to research drawings, catalogs, and sketches to develop detailed AutoCAD drawings.
• Review drawings prior to the release.
• Use CAD & 3D Software to develop graphic representation of projects
• Assist in estimating on projects

Qualifications for Landscape CAD draftsman
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, or Technical diploma in landscape architectural technology preferred
• Licensed as required by the state
• Must be creative and resourceful to fulfil customer needs within budget and climate parameters
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient with computer aided design and drafting
• Familiarity with current versions of AutoCAD is a must (2020+)
• Familiarity with BIM software an advantage
• Familiarity with 3D Rendering software (Sketchup or similar)
• Stay up to date on current practices and landscaping trends by engaging in continued research and education
• Superior oral and written communication skills
