The Position: Landscape Construction Estimator

We’re expanding our friendly estimating team and are on the lookout for a motivated individual to join us remotely. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Construction Manager, contributing to a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Your income will reflect your experience, and opportunities for growth within the company abound.

Work Hours: Australian (NSW) Time

Start: 8:00 am

Finish: 4:30 pm

Lunch: 30 mins

Days: Mon-Fri (40 hrs per week)

*Holidays, sick leave, and a 13-month bonus are included.

Result Statement:

As an Estimator, you’ll work closely with the Construction Manager, delivering quality costings that exceed customer expectations. Your keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused approach will ensure success in this role.

Estimator Responsibilities:

Actively participate in all Estimating operations

Create clear, accurate costings within set time frames

Liaise with the construction team to update pricing

Actively seek better pricing on materials regularly used by ULP

Administration Tasks:

Record and share data as requested by the Construction Manager

Assist with report creation outlining design sales and productivity

Assist with Build Xact related tasks when requested

Position Requirements:

Experience in a similar role, ideally Landscape Construction estimating with an Australian company

Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Pages, etc.)

High proficiency in Build Xact or similar Estimating software

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

Proactive, future-focused mindset

Positive attitude towards change and problem-solving
