POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect that will help bring visions to life for our clients by generating and managing 2-D and 3-D Renderings. This position will be responsible for the design process in which delivers the clients dream property to them. The Designer will play a key role in creating long lasting first impressions of working with our company in the design build phase. This position reports directly to the Owner and Office admins.

OBJECTIVES
Develop front and backyard designs in 48-72 hours
Prior to beginning Design review job take off sheet, set expectations with team members and review clients wish list in detail to ensure team is aligned before moving forward
Use Vizterra in order to create design
Zoom call reviews to discover changes necessary to revise project
Help create estimates
Help writing up proposals
Provide our clients and team members with over the top service including responding to emails, calls, text messages, etc. in a timely manner with professionalism and a positive attitude
Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly design Targets
Maximize value by scheduling helping with gaps inside organization
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
Provide Design status and summary reports to the Owner and Team
Provide recommendations to improve design performance
Communicate the company’s value propositions to all customers
Create a job take off at completion of approved design

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 years in Landscape design preferred
Google Doc experience preferred
