Landscape Design and Budgeting/Estimating**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in Landscape Design and or Landscape Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a strong understanding of construction, specifically in landscape construction, drainage, and be well-versed in current materials and trends.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Landscape Design:**
– Proficient in CAD or other design software to accurately create landscape designs.
– Ability to produce detailed 3D renderings for visual representation.
– Create construction plans tailored for installation crews.

2. **Construction Expertise:**
– In-depth knowledge of landscape construction principles.
– Familiarity with various construction materials, methods, and industry trends.

3. **Project Management:**
– Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
– Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Collaborate with installation crews to oversee the implementation of designs.

4. **Budgeting and Estimating:**
– Develop accurate project budgets and estimates.
– Monitor project expenses and provide cost-effective solutions.
– Work closely with the team to ensure financial goals are met.

5. **Client Communication:**
– Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
– Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide regular project updates.
– Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**

– Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
– Strong background in landscape & construction
– Proficient in CAD or similar design software.
– Experience in creating 3D renderings and construction plans.
– Proven ability in project management, budgeting, and estimating.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail
