Who are you?
You are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for landscape design. As a Landscape Designer Assistant, you will support the operations team of our leading landscaping company in Florida. You thrive in a diverse work environment and are responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the day-to-day functioning of our company. You possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in DynaSCAPE. With a college degree in landscape architecture or a similar field, you bring valuable knowledge and expertise to our team. You are friendly, dedicated, and motivated, and you have a bright future ahead of you as our new Landscape Designer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Landscape Designers and Operations Managers to assist in planning and designing landscaping projects using CAD software, such as DynaSCAPE.
• Create visually appealing presentations for clients, showcasing proposed landscape designs and project plans.
• Other responsibilities as necessitated by our head Landscape Designer and our client service professionals.

Skills we are seeking:
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in DynaSCAPE, CAD, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm while dealing with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable with technology and web-based software applications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and self-motivated with a drive to accomplish goals and professionally develop.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English language, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a similar field.
• Proficient in using DynaSCAPE software.
• Must have a computer/laptop with a camera and audio for video calls/zoom.
• Best internet connection available in your area.
• Proven experience as a Landscape Designer Assistant or a relevant role.
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Outlook).
• Must be able to work Part to Full Time (on average 30-40 hours per week) M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role will require you to work EST (New York Time) initially until we determine if the role can be more flexible on the schedule.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary: $400 – $850 monthly USD
• Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience
• Annual bonus paid out in December
• Additional Paid Time Off after three months of work experience
• Paid holidays following the U.S. holiday schedule
