The Girlfriend Doctor (TGFD) brand is seeking a full-time, experienced Launch Manager to join our remote team in the USA.
The right candidate will have successfully worked for an e-commerce product marketing team in one of the following markets/industry verticals: nutritional supplements, beauty, skincare, sexual health, women’s health, influencer marketing, or general health and wellness products.
Priority will be given to those candidates who have successfully scaled a scrappy, hands-on startup marketing team in support of ambitious, measurable, profitable goals.
Our fast-growing brand and premium product line continues to bring our brand to life, we want to continue to establish Dr. Anna as a trusted voice and advocate in menopause, hormone treatment options, and sexual health. She really is “The Girlfriend Doctor” – The first call for a woman who has questions she would only ask her best girlfriend… if her girlfriend were a triple-board-certified OB-GYN.

The Launch Manager is a key leadership position on the marketing team for The Girlfriend Doctor (TGFD). You will work with the CEO and COO to outline the launch calendar for the year, scope workflows and tracking, and support the marketing team in executing all aspects of launching, content management and marketing tasks across the company.
** Work with the Brand Manager to develop our launch calendar, oversee funnel mapping + all launch activities to ensure success, and manage the day-to-day marketing efforts that grow the company
** Coordinating funnel mapping with input from key stakeholders to plan launches and brand / community-building efforts, including scoping and monitoring workflows
** Manage the customer journey, including creating the best customer experience, increasing referrals and retention, maximizing lifetime value, etc.
** Oversee our content strategy, including email marketing + newsletters, weekly podcast, and development of key assets like books or quizzes to generate leads
** Support the CEO in tracking KPIs across all marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity, weakness, etc.
** Support the marketing team to ensure everyone has the training and collaboration from leadership and teammates they need to excel in their performance
This is a leadership role more than an executing role. You will need an expansive understanding of the various roles within a marketing team so you can provide the leadership that helps everyone to excel.
In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing training and development for yourself and the team to keep your skills sharp and our efforts successful. The company devotes significant resources to training and equipping the team.
The ideal candidate will:
** Have a strong background in Direct Response to manage launches and company growth, with a strong working knowledge of the role of powerful storytelling both visually and with words
** be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines
** Have experience with Creative Directing, telling stories through campaigns driven by direct response marketing principles and a strong grasp of why people buy
** Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including SEO / SEM, email marketing (we use ActiveCampaign), funnel and course development in tools like LearnDash / ClickFunnels / Kajabi / Access Ally, and working with a tech stack to include Shopify, WordPress, Zapier, etc. .
** Have website / email marketing experience working in programs like WordPress, Shopify, and ActiveCampaign.
** Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
** Have technical experience working in social media management, to include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest (loading and optimizing content, community management, etc)
** Excellent people skills, with an ability to work productively with many types of people and to build great rapport with direct reports
Job responsibilities include:
** Analyzing business requirements with the help of Chief Operating Officer / Director of Marketing to support the company objectives
** Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
** Day-to-day management of team members to ensure targets are met and work is streamlined
** Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and analyzing the data to make recommendations for improvement
** Knowing what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
** Have a firm grasp on the status of our campaigns, and provide leadership to the team to keep projects on track and on time
** Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time
** Proactively identify productivity issues and meet challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to create results; courage to bring productivity or performance challenges to leadership for support, as needed
** Have experience managing social media and advertising projects, to include copywriting, design and implementation across marketing channels
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
** Excellent english skills, with the ability to communicate well verbally and written
Experience and Skills Required:
** 3+ years project management experience managing a remote team of designers and developers or other team members
** Strong direct response writing skills a huge plus
** Agile / SCRUM experience or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a huge plus
** Advanced project management experience (we use Asana)
** Experience in WordPress, Shopify and Clickfunnels, Membership platforms (we use Access Ally), email marketing to include advanced automations (we use ActiveCampaign)
** Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio experience is strongly preferred
** Excellent english skills, with the ability to communicate well verbally and written
** Excellent strategy and analytical skill
** Experience in project tools like Asana, Slack, Google Suite, LastPass, and Zoom
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
Tech Requirements:
** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 100,000 monthly, DOE.
