This position is only for awesome salespeople who can sell legal services and cultivate new relationships to generate new business.

Responsibilities:
The day-to-day responsibilities in this position will include but are not limited to the following:
• Talks to leads and identifies whether they are qualified leads by asking a series of questions designed to speak to the ideal A+ client, target the correct legal issues, gauge urgency/motivation, and determine whether there is potential for a conflict of interest.
• Schedules qualified leads for paid initial consultations (sales calls)
• Initiates the pre-engagement glide path
• Prepares the salesperson with all the information needed for a successful conversation/consultation
• Prepares consultation agreements and follows up to ensure prospects sign the deal and make the agreed payment
• Ensures that every potential new client that has contacted the firm is timely contacted
• Makes referrals to appropriate firms/other sources, shares free resources, or provides additional assistance (for leads who are not ideal or who do not schedule a consultation)
• Stays in contact with leads who do not schedule consultations, PNCs who do not appear for their consult, and PNCs that do not sign up after their initial consultation to keep the door open for future contact
• Updates the Firm’s databases, reports, or spreadsheets to track incoming calls, leads qualified, consultations scheduled, referral sources, and other key metrics
• Ensures that 100% of leads who contact the firm are contacted and inputted into the firm’s CRM
Qualifications:
• Two years of proven sales experience required.
• We believe the sale is a service we do for our prospects to help educate them and to help them think through their options and make courageous and sometimes scary decisions about their future.
• We really believe that even if we decide not to accept an engagement from a prospect, every prospective new client should leave our office better off in some way than when they came.
• Must be available to work between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus a generous commission for consultations booked.
