Law Firm Sales Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our law firm as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our legal services to potential clients. This remote position is based in the Philippines, with working hours aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
• Take calls from prospective clients to get them to sign up for legal services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Showcase our legal services and expertise.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of service agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling services. References from previous employers or clients will be required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of proficiency in English.
• Experience working for US businesses and familiarity with American business culture and practices.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Availability to work during EST business hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm).

Additional Information:
• Starting salary of $900 per month, with the opportunity to earn lucrative bonuses based on achieving sales objectives. The bonus structure is unlimited, offering the potential to significantly increase earnings.
• Paid healthcare, vacation, personal, and sick leave benefits are available after 120 days of employment. Paid holidays are provided immediately upon joining the firm.
