Project Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lawyer/ US Legal Document Specialist for a one-time project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research and creating comprehensive and legally sound documents necessary for our travel tours from scratch. These documents include:
Statement of Psychological and Health Conditions Form
Responsibility/Limitation of Liability Form
Terms and Conditions Form
Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks Form
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to gather all necessary US/NY/Japan legal information.
Draft and review legal documents tailored to our travel tours.
Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations of US/NY/Japan.
Clearly outline terms, conditions, and responsibilities for tour participants.
Address potential risks and liabilities associated with international travel.
Ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong understanding of liability, risk management, and legal compliance in the context of international travel for the US.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to convey complex legal information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within a specified timeframe.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with US & Japanese legal requirements for international travelers.
Experience working in the travel or tourism industry.
Knowledge of Japanese culture and travel destinations.
